We are experiencing CDN issues that are impacting u/l and d/l of assets. You may see issues when uploading assets to your Topspin account, particularly with .zip files. As a result customers may experience issues when downloading products as well. Our engineers are totally focused on a fix. More updates soon.

UPDATE [2011-09-06 2:11PM PST]: Our engineers have stabilized things to the point that the only issue customers (fans) may see is slower downloads. If you experience any issues, please file a support ticket. Our engineers continue to work on the issue.

And word how widespread this is/exact impact on customer experience or an ETA on resolution?

Hi Adam. It effects anyone utilizing the platform. It will result in delays downloading media on the customer side or in some cases downloads failing completely. No ETA yet, but will update as soon as we have additional info.
