When you create your account and log into the Topspin application console you'll be presented with three options for getting set up to fulfill your orders.
1. Topspin fulfillment - a one stop fully integrated fulfillment solution. We do it all for you from shipping your products to providing excellent customer service to your fans. Please download the Topspin Fulfillment Instructions (direct .zip link containing a PDF and CSV) to see all of the details and pricing.
2. Self fulfillment - DIY from your kitchen table or from your garage. You handle all the logistics of watching your orders stream in and shipping them out to your fans. Don' t forget to provide excellent customer support. Happy fans keep coming back for more.
3. 3rd party fulfillment - have a local fulfillment warehouse or cousin Vinny doing it for you? That's fine too.
When you click on the "Topspin Fulfillment: Do it for me" button you'll be presented with a page that outlines the details and costs involved in integrated fulfillment — receiving/counting charges, monthly storage fee for unsold items and rate cards.
You'll be instructed to choose our US or UK warehouse. Which warehouse you choose will largely depend on where the majority of your fans reside, though both warehouses offer full international shipping capabilities. At this time we do not support the ability to ship from two different warehouses. You will need to pick one or the other. If you decide at a later time to switch to the other warehouse, please contact support and we will be happy to help out.
If you are using our US warehouse, and your CDs, vinyl or DVDs are already available at places like Amazon, please DO NOT send them to us. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know which of your products Alliance stocks and what your wholesale price is for each product.
