Go to 'Payment Info'

To get to the Payment Info settings, click on the blue Settings link in the upper right hand corner. This will bring you to the Account Management Homepage:

To configure, click the Payment Info link in your Artist Management Homepage. Then choose the country where your bank account is located. The options are US, UK, CA:

International Bank Accounts

NOTE: If your bank is not located in the US, UK or CANADA, you will need to fill out an ACH form and email this to us. Get the ACH form here: International Form

Entering payment info

After selecting your country, you'll find a number of editable fields related to your Topspin account. There will also be a few banking fields specific to the country where your bank account is located.

Enter your payment info in ALL_fields. When finished click the _SAVE button:

  • Account Country: The country where your bank is located
  • Account Holder Name: First and Last name of account holder
  • Account Number: Your bank account number

The next fields depend on the country in which your bank account is located. 
For the US:

  • ACH Routing Number:

For the UK:

  • Sort Code:
  • IBAN Number:

For CANADA:

  • Transit Number:
  • Bank Code:
  • Account In USD? Check this box if your account is in US Dollars

Then select whether your account is a Savings or Checking account.

Verifying account

After setting up your banking details and saving them in the Topspin application, you will receive two small deposits into your account. These deposits are made on Mondays and usually appear on Thursday or Friday.

After you receive the deposits, please login and verify your account by entering the amount of the deposits into the correct fields. Your account will be verified and good to go.
