Topspin's Membership product (available to Topspin Plus and Enterprise users) can be used to gate specific offers in your account behind a digital "velvet rope". Offers gated behind your membership can only be purchased by members.

If a non-member fan tries to purchase one of your members-only offers, they will see the above message. They may then choose to purchase the indicated membership.
When a fan purchases a membership product, they are prompted to validate their online profile by logging into one of the following online services: Google, Yahoo, Aol, Facebook, Twitter, or OpenID.

Once they've logged in and confirmed their online identity via one of the above accounts, they will acquire "access" to your members-only products. Any time they browse your gated offers, they will be recognized as a member and will be allowed to purchase the offer if they wish to. Non-logged in members and non-members will be redirected.
Here's how to set up your first membership product:
Please note: Memberships products are limited to Plus and Enterprise accounts
Go to Products and create a new membership

Specify the name and duration of your membership:

Create a new offer to sell your membership. Configure your membership re-billing settings (if applicable).


Please note: Free membership products cannot be configured for automatic re-billing, as there is no "bill" to re-apply. Free memberships therefore expire on expiration date and are not automatically renewed.
PayPal is not an available payment method for Memberships, so make sure that PayPal is deactivated in your "Accepted Payments":


Locate or create an offer In Sell, scroll down to "Access Requirement", and check the box for the relevant Membership. Fans will be unable to purchase this particular offer until they've purchased your required access product.

That's all there is to it! Your offer is now available exclusively to members (purchasers of your Membership product).
