On June 1, we sent out notification to fulfillers letting them know about an additional column we added. The body of that email is below:
Hi there. You are receiving this email because you currently use the automated Topspin Orders CSV. Tomorrow we are making a change to the automated Topspin Orders CSV to add a column to display the customer service fee that was discussed in the email that went to all customers last week. If you have not read it or didn't see it, you can view all of the details in the Artist Knowledge Base. This will go into effect tomorrow, Friday, June 1, 2012. Hopefully you will not need to make any software changes to accommodate this column, but please look below to figure out if this affects you (your resident computer programmer will understand this if for some reason you do not):
We assume most of you are using the column headers (i.e. "SKU Number", "Order Number", "Line Item", "Order Date", etc) to key the values, there will be no change required on your end. This is the method we recommend you use to ingest the file to make future upgrades painless. If this is the method you are using, then you're all set.
If you are using the column index (i.e. 1-100, or in excel columns A-Z) to key the values, we've inserted a new column after the "Shipping" column and any indices you are using that refer to columns after the "Shipping" column will need to be adjusted. We highly recommend you key off of the column header to prevent any trouble in the future.
If you have questions about any of this, please email Artist Support and someone will be happy to help.
Rock On!
