Our relationship with Alliance brings many advantages to our clients. There is simply no other direct-to-consumer platform on the planet that allows artists to sell their CDs, vinyl and DVDs with such incredible ease. No one else is able to offer competitive wholesale rates directly to artists, allowing them to launch stores that contain products from multiple labels along side consignment product in minutes. 

If you’re using our US warehouse, which is operated by Alliance Entertainment, there are a few things you should know. Most importantly, if your CDs, vinyl and DVDs are carried in stores like Amazon, you should NOT send those products to our US warehouse. The warehouse most likely has your CDs, vinyl and DVDs and we’ll go ahead and fulfill orders from Alliance’s stock unless you tell us not to. This means no out-of-pocket expenses for purchasing product from your label or anyone else, no storage and receiving fees and no worries about managing stock on those items.

What about the other stuff like t-shirts, posters and other merch?
If you’re selling other stuff, you’ll likely still need to send it to the warehouse. It will get fulfilled with the other stuff that Alliance has and your fans won’t know the difference. What they will notice is Alliance’s 99.9% picking accuracy and how fast it gets to them, no matter where in the world they live.

How am I supposed to know what the wholesale cost is on the goods available from Alliance?
Drop us a line at artistfulfillment-us@topspinmedia.com and we’ll respond with a list of CDs, vinyl and DVDs  available from Alliance and your wholesale cost on each product. 

What if the wholesale rate that Aliiance is offering me on my CD, vinyl or DVDs is higher than what I can get it for on my own?
No problem. Just purchase the product directly and ship it to us like you would any other products. We'll fulfill orders from that stock instead of Alliance-owned stock. You will be responsible for receiving and storage on those goods just like all other non-Alliance-owned products.

How will Alliance-owned goods be accounted for on my artist statement?
At the end of every month, Alliance sends us a list of receiving, storage and shipped goods for each artist. All of these charges will be deducted from the money we owe you and details about each charge will show up on your statement. 

Is there a limit on the time I can store things in Alliance's warehouse?
As long as products are selling, there is no limit on the time you can store things in Alliance's warehouse. If you have slow-moving products or no sales, we will attempt to notify the account owner to make arrangements to have products returned to you. If, after attempting to get in touch with you, we do not receive a response within 15 business days, we will destroy your products in a commercial-grade shredder. It's very important that the account owner email that is configured in the Topspin application is valid and goes to a real human being.
