Add custom messaging for fans

You will be able to personalize the shopping experience by adding custom text in your Artist Profile. Here you can address issues fans may contact you about, such as normal shipping time, or how you handle exchanges/refunds.

Your Fan Support FAQs are listed at the Customer Support link at the bottom-left of all receipts. Customers will be prompted with your FAQs before being directed to our Fan Support team if they need help.
