Select Topspin Fulfillment for your account
When in your Fulfill tab, you will find a link to access your Fulfillment Settings. By default, each account is set up for self-fulfillment, and you can click the button to select Topspin Fulfillment to make the switch.
Choose our US or UK warehouse
Topspin has two main warehouses, one in the United States, and one in the UK. Both are capable of shipping internationally, but it will be more cost effective for you and your fans if you choose a warehouse equipped to better handle sales in a certain region. If most of your customers are in North America, the US warehouse will be your best choice. If you ship a lot of merchandise in the UK and Europe, our UK warehouse will be better equipped to handle fulfillment for your account. You will need to select one warehouse to fulfill your merchandise, as each Topspin account can be fulfilled by one fulfiller only. If you decide at a later time that you'd like to switch warehouses, please contact Artist Fulfillment and we will be able to help with your move.
Read through all of the details and make sure to download the Fulfillment Instructions. Once you have selected the warehouse you'd like to use, click the corresponding button to configure your account.

When you are ready to send your physical goods to our warehouse, follow the instructions in the downloadable doc, and email your packing slip to our team so that we know to expect your package. Once received, we'll send you an email letting you know your products are ready for purchase.
It's really that easy. We take care of packaging and shipment, and orders will be marked shipped in your account as they leave our warehouse. Tracking information is automatically added to live receipts, and fans will receive a notification to let them know their package is on the way.
